Royal Mail Second Class Delivery (2-3 working days) £2.99

This service is available for low cost orders making postage a lot more affordable, we don’t recommend using this delivery service for high value orders. If a parcel is lost there is no insurance available for this service or tracking information once the parcel leaves our warehouse.

 

Royal Mail First Class Delivery (1 – 2 working days) £3.50

This service is available for low cost orders making postage a lot more affordable, we don’t recommend using this delivery service for high value orders. If a parcel is lost there is no insurance available for this service or tracking information once the parcel leaves our warehouse.

 

DPD – Courier service £4.99

Delivery service with a 1 hour delivery window – Weight up to 30kg per parcel, £4.99.

(Deliveries are between 8am-6pm Mon-Friday). Includes a Text/email notification.

* Non delivered parcels for the UK will be returned after 3 delivery attempts.

How do I place an Order?

To place a product in your shopping cart, select product and quantity, then click the “ADD TO CART” button.

You can access your cart by clicking the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner of your screen.

Items added to the shopping cart are not reserved until you proceed to checkout.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

To cancel an item or an entire order:
  1. Go to Your Orders.
  2. Click Cancel Items. Note: …
  3. Select the check box next to each item you wish to remove from the order. If you want to cancel the entire order, select all of the items.
  4. Click Cancel checked items when finished.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You are welcome to make purchases using the Guest Checkout facility.

However, by creating an account you will be able to shop faster, be up to date on an order’s status, and keep track of the orders you have previously made.

How Do I Track My Order?

Find out if your letter or parcel has been delivered with Royal Mail’s Track and Trace. Enter your tracking number and check delivery status.

How do I return a product?

At Amelia’s Angels we always try to see the customer’s point of view and are genuinely upset if a customer has any reason to feel unhappy or dissatisfied with the products or service they receive. We wish to be as fair and generous as it is possible to be, within some limits established to protect ourselves against online fraud or unscrupulous characters.

 

Damaged goods – please inform us within 14 days

Please contact us by phone or email within 14 days of receipt of your order.

 

We will need you to explain clearly which item or items are damaged and we will refund the price you paid for the goods, or arrange for replacement goods to be sent to you. If our customer service team asks you to return the damaged goods to us, you can do so at our expense with a prepaid returns label available upon request.

 

Failure to report a damaged item within 14 days will invalidate your right to any refund or replacement.
